Completed in March 2017, Mugga Lane Solar Park is a utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) farm located in Canberra, ACT.
Mugga Lane Solar Park generates approximately 24,500MWh of electricity, which is enough to power more than 3,000 homes. It is design and built by UGL - one of the best solar PV construction companies.

The project generated 45 jobs during construction and is supporting ongoing research and development of Solar PV technology.
The site was selected through a GIS (Geographical Information System) constraints mapping exercise which took into account the presence of local stakeholders, solar resource, energy demand, grid connection, land accessibility and the greater town plan.
